Introduction
Ovulation test strips predict ovulation by detecting the peak level of luteinizing hormone (LH). It is recommended to use first morning urine for testing, as it provides more accurate results. Note that the test result is only valid within 30 minutes; if more than 30 minutes have passed, the test strip should be discarded. To ensure accuracy, it is advisable to perform the test under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

Generally, ovulation test strips predict ovulation by detecting the peak level of luteinizing hormone (LH). The specific procedure is as follows:

1. Wash your hands and collect urine using a clean container.

2. Open the test strip packaging, remove the test strip, and immerse the testing end into the urine for three seconds, then take it out.

3. Wait 10–20 minutes after removing the test strip to observe the result. If two red lines appear on the test strip, ovulation is likely occurring; if only one red line appears, ovulation has not occurred.
