Introduction
Pulmonary nodule ablation is performed under CT guidance through percutaneous lung puncture. During the lung biopsy procedure, ablation devices are inserted to destroy the tumor, ultimately achieving the goal of nodule ablation. This procedure requires specialized expertise. To avoid potential bodily harm due to improper operation, it is recommended to seek treatment at a正规 hospital and undergo the procedure under the guidance of qualified physicians.

In general, pulmonary nodule ablation is performed under CT guidance using a percutaneous lung puncture approach. During the lung puncture procedure, ablation devices are inserted to destroy the tumor, ultimately achieving the goal of nodule ablation. The specific steps are as follows:

1. The patient lies in a supine position, and the location of the nodule is determined via CT imaging.

2. The skin over the nodule area is routinely disinfected and anesthetized.

3. After anesthesia takes effect, under CT guidance, the biopsy needle is inserted through the skin and subcutaneous tissue into the lung.

4. A catheter is introduced through the biopsy needle and accurately positioned at the site of the nodule.

5. Once the correct position of the catheter is confirmed, an electrode is delivered through the catheter into the nodule. The heat or cold energy emitted by the electrode is then used to destroy and ablate the nodule tissue.

6. Upon completion of treatment, the catheter and electrode are removed from the lung, and pressure is applied to the puncture site to control bleeding.

This procedure requires specialized expertise. To avoid improper operation that may cause bodily harm, it is recommended to undergo the procedure at a正规 medical institution under the guidance of qualified physicians. After the procedure, adequate rest and proper nutritional intake are advised to promote recovery.
