精索静脉曲张能治好吗

Introduction
In general, varicocele can be cured. Specific details are as follows: Varicocele refers to the tortuous dilation of veins within the spermatic cord due to impaired venous return. It is usually caused by incomplete development of valves in the internal spermatic veins, or weakness in the smooth muscle or elastic fibers of the venous wall. Mild varicoceles are typically asymptomatic and may only be discovered during a physical examination.
一般情况下，精索静脉曲张是可以治好的，具体内容如下：
精索静脉曲张是指精索里的静脉因回流受阻，而出现的盘曲扩张。一般是由于精索内静脉静脉瓣发育不全，静脉丛壁的平滑肌或弹力纤维薄弱等Cause所致。轻度精索静脉曲张一般无Symptoms，可能会在在Physical Examination时发现，重度精索静脉曲张可能会有病侧阴囊胀大、阴囊表面有扩张、迂曲静脉、有坠胀、隐痛感等问题，如果Patient步行或站立过久则Symptoms加重，RecommendationPatient平卧后Symptoms可缓解或消失。如果是无Symptoms的轻度精索静脉曲张，则不需Treatment，Recommendation托阴囊、冷敷等。如果精索静脉曲张Symptoms较重，伴有精子异常者及伴有睾丸体积缩小者，需要及时到医院就诊，在Doctor的指导下进行Surgery，有利于病情恢复。
综上所述，如果Patient出现不适，RecommendationPatient及时到医院就诊，以免延误病情Treatment。
