Introduction
The surgeon made an incision 1 cm anterior to the tragus along the hairline, extending to the contralateral temporal line. After dissecting the skin flap, three burr holes were created in the skull. The bone flap was removed by connecting these holes, and the dura mater was then incised. Using a dissector, the pituitary tumor was carefully separated and any residual tumor tissue on the dura mater was excised. The bone flap was replaced and the incision was sutured, completing the operation.
Pituitary tumor surgery is generally performed via transcranial microscopic pituitary tumor resection through a frontal approach. It is recommended to undergo the procedure at a正规 hospital. The specific steps are as follows:
1. The patient lies supine. The anesthesiologist administers general anesthesia, while the surgeon routinely disinfects the scalp and surrounding skin of the ears, cheeks, and occipital neck area, then drapes the field.
2. After anesthesia takes effect, the surgeon makes an incision starting 1 cm anterior to the tragus within the hairline, extending to the contralateral temporal line.

5. The pituitary tumor is dissected using a dissector, and any residual tumor tissue on the dura mater is removed; all tumor tissues are then extracted together.
6. All instruments are withdrawn, the bone flap is replaced, the incision is sutured, and the surgery is completed.
After surgery, adequate rest is advised, along with a light diet rich in high-protein foods. Maintaining a positive mindset and avoiding excessive psychological stress is important. If any abnormalities occur, prompt medical attention should be sought.
