Introduction
In general, hemostatic granules include Baogong止血Granules, Duanxueliu Granules, Weixuening Granules, Gongxueting Granules, Ankun Granules, etc. In addition, there are Yiqi Hemostatic Granules and Yuzhi Hemostatic Granules. Generally, hemostatic granules include Baogong止血Granules, Duanxueliu Granules, Weixuening Granules, Gongxueting Granules, Ankun Granules, and others. Specific analysis is as follows:

1. Baogong止血Granules

Baogong止血Granules consist of ingredients such as calcined oyster shell, white peony root (Paeoniae Alba), Chinese arborvitae leaf carbon, rehmannia root, golden privet fruit, vinegar-baked bupleurum, among others. They possess the effects of consolidating menstruation and stopping bleeding, nourishing yin, and clearing heat. These granules are commonly used to treat excessive menstrual flow, prolonged menstruation accompanied by small blood clots.

2. Duanxueliu Granules

Duanxueliu Granules are a type of traditional Chinese patent medicine, generally suitable for individuals experiencing uterine bleeding, increased menstrual flow, delayed menstruation, postpartum uterine fibroids, hemorrhage, hematemesis, hematochezia, or hematuria.

3. Weixuening Granules

Weixuening Granules primarily contain Polygonum cuspidatum, white peony root, agrimony, rehmannia root, chicken blood vine, prepared rehmannia root, black henna (Eclipta prostrata), and太子ginseng (Pseudostellaria heterophylla), among other components. 4. Gongxueting Granules

Gongxueting Granules are composed of astragalus, cimicifuga, codonopsis, motherwort, pollen typhae, aurantii fructus immaturus, and other herbs. They function to tonify the spleen and kidney, promote blood circulation, and stop bleeding. They are generally used for excessive menstruation due to deficiency of both spleen and kidney, qi deficiency, and blood stasis.

5. Ankun Granules

Ankun Granules contain moutan bark, gardenia, angelica, white atractylodes, white peony root, poria, ligustrum fruit, black henna, motherwort, and other ingredients. They have the effects of nourishing yin and clearing heat, strengthening the spleen, and nourishing blood. They are commonly used to treat post-insertion of intrauterine device (IUD)-related bleeding, early menstruation, heavy menstrual flow, menstrual disorders, lumbosacral soreness, lower abdominal pain, irritability, hot palms and soles.
