When you feel discomfort from an incomplete yawn, try taking several deep breaths—it increases oxygen supply, helps relax the body and mind, and reduces the unpleasant sensation. Inhale slowly to expand your chest, then exhale slowly to fully expel the air, repeating this process several times.

1. Deep Breathing

2. Drinking Water
