Introduction
Hepatitis B refers to hepatitis type B. If the condition of hepatitis B is mild and there are only four positive markers (commonly referred to as "45 positive"), the so-called "big three" or "small three" positive patterns may not necessarily develop, and the disease can usually be cured. However, once these patterns have developed, spontaneous recovery is unlikely. In daily life, it's important to ensure adequate sleep, avoid prolonged late-night hours, maintain regular作息 (daily routines), and avoid processed foods in the diet.

Hepatitis B refers to hepatitis type B. If the condition of hepatitis B is mild and there is no development of "big three positive" or "small three positive" status, spontaneous recovery may occur. However, once the "big three positive" or "small three positive" status has developed, the condition cannot resolve on its own. Detailed analysis is as follows:

  1. Can recover spontaneously

A hepatitis B 45-positive result indicates the presence of hepatitis B core antibody and hepatitis B e antibody, which commonly occurs in individuals infected with the hepatitis B virus. However, if it's merely a simple infection without the development of "big three positive" or "small three positive" markers, the condition generally can resolve spontaneously.

  2. Cannot recover spontaneously

If test results show hepatitis B 45-positive and the "big three positive" or "small three positive" markers have already appeared in the body, spontaneous recovery is not possible. Treatment under a doctor's guidance using antiviral and liver-protecting medications is required. Commonly used drugs include tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets and entecavir tablets.

In daily life, ensure adequate sleep, avoid prolonged熬夜 (staying up late), maintain regular作息 (sleep-wake cycles), and avoid consuming processed foods.
