Introduction
In general, a transient pricking sensation in the internal organs may be caused by factors such as autonomic nervous dysfunction, intercostal neuralgia, gastric ulcer, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, or angina pectoris. Patients are advised to undergo symptomatic treatment as directed by a physician. In addition, a transient pricking sensation in the internal organs could also be due to conditions such as acute myocardial infarction; therefore, prompt medical evaluation at a hospital is recommended.

In general, a transient pricking sensation in the internal organs may be caused by factors such as autonomic nervous dysfunction, intercostal neuralgia, gastric ulcer, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, or angina pectoris. Patients are advised to follow medical guidance for symptomatic treatment. Specific analyses are as follows:

1. Autonomic Nervous Dysfunction

The autonomic nervous system directly or indirectly regulates the functional activities of internal organs, maintaining balance between the body's internal and external environments. Once autonomic dysfunction occurs, it can affect and alter brain function through central regulation, leading to disordered visceral activity and causing transient pricking sensations in the internal organs. Under medical supervision, patients may take medications such as Oryzanol tablets or Vitamin B12 tablets. It is also important to maintain emotional stability and relaxation in daily life.

2. Intercostal Neuralgia

The intercostal nerves originate from the thoracic spinal cord and run from the back toward the front of the chest, converging on the anterior chest and abdominal wall. Inflammatory reactions in these nerves due to various causes are known as intercostal neuralgia. This condition commonly presents as pain within the nerve distribution area, often described as sharp, needle-like, or burning pain that follows the path of the intercostal nerves in a band-like pattern, potentially causing transient pricking sensations in the internal organs. Patients may be treated under medical guidance with medications such as Mecobalamin or Aspirin powder.

3. Gastric Ulcer

A gastric ulcer refers to an erosion or sore in the stomach lining and is one type of peptic ulcer. After eating, increased gastric acid secretion may irritate the local ulcer site, or mechanical friction from food may stimulate the lesion, causing localized pain. Severe pain can lead to symptoms such as transient pricking sensations in the internal organs. Under the guidance of a healthcare professional, patients may take medications such as Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules or Ranitidine hydrochloride capsules. In daily life, smoking and alcohol consumption should be avoided, spicy and irritating foods should be excluded from the diet, good eating habits should be established, and a positive, optimistic mindset should be maintained.

4. Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

The coronary arteries supply blood to the heart muscle. When plaques composed primarily of cholesterol and other deposits accumulate in the arterial walls, they can cause narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries, resulting in coronary heart disease. This leads to reduced blood flow and oxygen supply to all or part of the myocardium, potentially causing complete death of myocardial cells. Such ischemia may trigger transient pricking sensations in the internal organs. Treatment may include medications such as enteric-coated Aspirin capsules, Ticagrelor tablets, or Metoprolol tartrate tablets, administered under the supervision of a qualified physician.

5. Angina Pectoris

Angina pectoris is characterized by chest pain or discomfort due to insufficient blood supply from the coronary arteries, leading to myocardial hypoxia and ischemia. Patients may experience symptoms such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, and palpitations; some may also feel transient pricking sensations in the internal organs. Under medical direction, patients may use medications such as Aspirin powder or Indobufen tablets, which help prevent platelet aggregation and reduce the risk of thrombosis.

Besides the above conditions, transient pricking sensations in the internal organs could also be caused by acute myocardial infarction or other serious conditions. It is recommended to seek prompt medical evaluation to avoid delays in diagnosis and treatment.
