Introduction
If a woman experiences accidental rupture of the hymen due to intense physical activity or other reasons, she may consider undergoing a hymenoplasty at a reputable hospital after her menstrual period ends. The reconstructed hymen typically heals completely within one to two months following the surgery. However, it is important to avoid cycling or any vigorous straddling movements during the recovery period to prevent re-rupture.

If a woman's hymen is accidentally torn due to intense physical activity or other reasons, she may consider undergoing hymen repair surgery at a reputable hospital after her menstrual period ends. The specific procedure is as follows:

1. Visit the hospital for a thorough examination to check for any existing conditions such as vaginitis or other diseases.

2. After confirming no abnormalities, disinfect the external genitalia and vaginal opening with iodophor, then administer local infiltration anesthesia around the hymen using lidocaine hydrochloride injection.

3. Use small scissors to trim the torn edges of the hymen into clean, neat margins, removing any excess tissue.

4. Carefully suture the area, leaving a small opening in the center large enough to allow passage of a little finger. The procedure is then complete.

After surgical reconstruction, the hymen generally heals completely within one to two months. However, it is important to avoid cycling or any vigorous straddling movements during the recovery period to prevent re-tearing.
