Introduction
一般情况下，胆结石是否能排出去需要根据具体情况来判断。如果是比较小的胆结石，通常可以排出；如果是比较大的胆结石，可能不能排出。胆结石是指胆道系统包括胆囊或胆管内发生结石的Disease。如果Patient出现不适Symptoms，Recommendation及时前往医院就诊，以免耽误病情。

1. Can be passed

2. Cannot be passed
Larger gallstones or an excessive number of stones within the gallbladder may not be able to pass on their own. In these situations, the stones may lead to serious complications such as cholecystitis or bile duct obstruction, necessitating medical intervention, including medication or surgical treatment. If the stones cause severe pain, infection, or other complications, prompt medical attention is essential.
