Can you turn over while on absolute bed rest?

Introduction
During absolute bed rest, patients are generally allowed to turn over, but not too frequently. Absolute bed rest means that all activities must be performed in bed—patients must not get out of bed, and functions such as eating, drinking, urination, and defecation must all be completed while lying down. However, absolute bed rest does not mean the patient is immobilized and completely unable to move; rather, it indicates that the patient should remain quiet and avoid unnecessary movements to prevent worsening of their condition.
在绝对卧床休息期间，Patient通常是可以翻身的，但不宜太频繁。如果出现不适Symptoms，Recommendation及时就医。分析如下：
绝对卧床休息是指任何事情都需要在床上进行，不能下床，大小便及Diet都需要卧床完成。但绝对卧床休息并不是指Patient被固定在床上不能动弹，而是指Patient需要保持安静，避免不必要的活动，以免加重病情。在卧床休息期间，适当的翻身有助于改善Patient的Blood循环，Prevention压疮的发生。同时，翻身也可以减轻长时间保持同一姿势对身体造成的不适感。
但是注意在翻身的时候尽量选择同轴翻身，所谓同轴翻身是指翻身时胸、骨盆、腰等部位同时转动，以避免对身体的扭曲和拉伸，从而减少对身体的损伤。在翻身过程中，要注意保持身体的稳定，避免突然的移动或动作过大，以免造成不必要的伤害。
