一般情况下,怀孕初期应该注意多休息、补充营养、避免剧烈Exercise、及时产前Examination、切勿盲目用药等。如果孕妇在怀孕初期出现不适Symptoms,Recommendation及时前往医院就诊,以免耽误病情。具体分析如下:
1、多休息
怀孕初期的孕妇应该注意休息时间,因为怀孕初期的胎儿还不稳定,多休息可以帮助胎儿稳定发育,Recommendation孕妇不要过度劳动,一旦胎儿收到挤压,可能导致发生流产。
2、补充营养
怀孕初期的孕妇可以选择奶类、鱼类、肉类、水果、蔬菜等食品,因为这些清淡不油腻、营养丰富的食物能给孕妇提供足够的能量,有利于胎儿的发育。同时Recommendation及时补充叶酸以Prevention胎儿神经管畸形。
3、避免剧烈Exercise
怀孕初期应该避免跑步、跳绳、跳高等剧烈Exercise,因为孕妇如果在受精卵刚着床时进行剧烈Exercise,此时由于胎儿未发育成熟,一旦胎儿受惊可能会导致流产。
4、及时Examination
孕妇在怀孕初期,大概6-7周Recommendation进行产检,这样Doctor能判断孕妇是否出现宫内妊娠以及是否有胎心胎芽,帮助胎儿更好地成长。
5、切勿盲目用药
怀孕初期切勿盲目用药,因为Medicine中含有成分多会对胎儿造成影响,一旦未遵医嘱使用可能导致胎儿出现先天性Disease或者畸形的情况。
