Introduction
In general, red blood cell hemolysis may be caused by genetic factors, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, medications, bacterial infections, heart valve diseases, or other reasons. It is recommended to seek medical attention promptly, identify the underlying cause, and receive symptomatic treatment under a doctor's guidance. If one or both parents have autoimmune hemolytic anemia, their children may inherit gene mutations leading to abnormalities in the red blood cell membrane structure.

In general, red blood cell hemolysis may be caused by genetic factors, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, medication use, bacterial infections, heart valve disease, or other reasons. It is recommended to seek medical attention promptly, identify the underlying cause, and receive symptomatic treatment under a doctor's guidance. Specific analyses are as follows:

1. Genetic Factors

If one or both parents have autoimmune hemolytic anemia, their children may inherit gene mutations that lead to abnormalities in the red blood cell membrane structure, making red blood cells more susceptible to destruction and resulting in hemolysis. Patients can, under medical supervision, take medications such as ferrous sulfate tablets, prednisone acetate tablets, or dexamethasone tablets for treatment.

2. Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia

If patients are exposed to cold environments for prolonged periods, poor circulation may occur, leading to immune system dysfunction and triggering autoimmune hemolytic anemia, which causes red blood cell hemolysis. It is recommended that patients dress warmly to avoid cold exposure and apply warm compresses with a heated towel to affected areas for 10–15 minutes to improve blood circulation and relieve symptoms.

3. Medication Factors

Long-term use of medications such as ibuprofen sustained-release capsules, penicillin V potassium tablets, or naproxen capsules may directly or indirectly damage red blood cells, leading to hemolysis. Patients should discontinue the medication immediately and consult a physician at a hospital for evaluation and follow medical instructions for alternative treatments.

4. Bacterial Infections

Poor dietary hygiene may lead to bacterial infections, causing the immune system to attack red blood cells and induce hemolysis. Under medical guidance, patients may take antibiotics such as amoxicillin capsules, cefixime dispersible tablets, or cefradine capsules to alleviate symptoms.

5. Heart Valve Disease

After heart valve replacement surgery, patients with heart valve disease may experience increased ventricular pressure, subjecting red blood cells to greater stress or impact as they pass through the heart, which can lead to red blood cell fragmentation and hemolysis. Patients should follow medical advice and take medications such as warfarin sodium tablets, enteric-coated aspirin tablets, or metoprolol tartrate tablets as prescribed.

In daily life, it is important to maintain regular作息 (sleep-wake cycles), quit smoking and alcohol, eat a light diet, and avoid spicy foods such as chili peppers, Sichuan pepper, and black pepper, all of which contribute to recovery and overall health.
