一般情况下，如果老鼠屎已经干燥，并且摸了之后就立即洗手了，通常来说不会得病，但如果老鼠屎没有干燥，摸了之后没有及时洗手，就可能会得病。如果摸了老鼠屎后，出现身体不适反应，Recommendation及时就医。具体分析如下：
