Introduction
Pregnancy may refer to gestation. A one-month pregnancy can be terminated through natural miscarriage, medical abortion, hysteroscopic embryo removal, dilatation and curettage (D&C), or vacuum aspiration. After undergoing any of these procedures, if discomfort symptoms occur, it is recommended to seek medical attention promptly. It is also advised to maintain proper local hygiene, avoid staying up late, engage in appropriate physical exercise, drink plenty of warm water, and change underwear frequently.

Pregnancy may refer to gestation. Termination of a one-month pregnancy can be achieved through natural miscarriage, medical abortion, hysteroscopic embryo removal, dilatation and curettage (D&C), or vacuum aspiration. After undergoing any of these procedures, if discomfort or abnormal symptoms occur, it is recommended to seek medical attention promptly. Detailed explanations are as follows:

1. Natural Miscarriage

Natural miscarriage refers to the spontaneous expulsion of an embryo or fetus from the uterus without any external intervention. This typically occurs due to embryonic developmental abnormalities, maternal health issues, or other factors. Although natural miscarriage cannot be controlled artificially, it represents the body's natural protective mechanism to eliminate abnormal embryos.

2. Medical Abortion

This method is suitable for early pregnancy, generally within 49 days of gestation. It involves taking specific medications that induce uterine contractions and cervical softening to expel the gestational sac. Commonly used medications include mifepristone capsules and misoprostol tablets.

3. Hysteroscopic Embryo Removal

Under anesthesia, a hysteroscope is inserted through the vagina into the uterine cavity. Under direct visualization, the embryo and associated tissues are removed via the operating channel of the hysteroscope. This procedure is suitable for pregnancies between 45 and 50 days' gestation.

4. Dilatation and Curettage (D&C)

This procedure combines forceps evacuation with suction to remove fetal and embryonic tissue. It is generally suitable for women whose pregnancy is less than 14 weeks. It should be performed under the guidance of a qualified physician.

5. Vacuum Aspiration

This method uses a suction cannula of specified size to remove contents from the uterine cavity under negative pressure, thereby terminating the pregnancy. It is appropriate for women with confirmed intrauterine pregnancies.

After undergoing any of the above procedures, it is important to maintain good personal hygiene, avoid staying up late, engage in moderate physical exercise, drink plenty of warm water, and change underwear frequently, all of which are beneficial for recovery.
