宫腔粘连可以治好吗

Introduction
若是轻度至中度宫腔粘连，一般可以治好；若是重度宫腔粘连，则通常不可以治好。重度宫腔粘连往往伴随着严重的宫腔形态改变，包括宫腔狭窄、子宫内膜广泛损伤等。此外，如果宫腔粘连伴有其他妇科Disease，如子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症等，Treatment难度增加。
If the intrauterine adhesion is mild to moderate, it can generally be cured; however, severe intrauterine adhesion is usually incurable. If discomfort occurs, patients should promptly visit a正规 hospital for medical evaluation. Detailed analysis is as follows:
1. Curable: In cases of mild to moderate intrauterine adhesions, good outcomes are typically achieved through hysteroscopic adhesiolysis. Following surgery, combined treatment with hormonal therapy or placement of an intrauterine device (IUD) can help prevent re-adhesion, thus achieving a cure.
2. Incurable: Severe intrauterine adhesions are often accompanied by significant structural abnormalities of the uterine cavity, including cavity narrowing and extensive endometrial damage. In such cases, even after multiple surgeries, it is difficult to fully restore the normal uterine cavity structure. Moreover, if intrauterine adhesions coexist with other gynecological conditions such as uterine fibroids or endometriosis, the treatment becomes more challenging and the likelihood of cure decreases.
