Introduction
For individuals with pulmonary tuberculosis who have already received standardized anti-tuberculosis treatment, the number of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in their sputum is significantly reduced or even eliminated. In such cases, the risk of transmission during shared meals with a person with tuberculosis is relatively low. However, for individuals with pulmonary tuberculosis who have not received effective anti-tuberculosis treatment, sharing a meal in the same enclosed space may pose a risk of infection.
一般情况下，跟肺结核Patient吃饭是否会传染，可以根据是否接受了Treatment来分析。若有不适，Recommendation及时就医。具体分析如下：
1、不会
如果是已经接受了规范的抗结核Treatment的肺结核Patient，其痰液中的结核分枝杆菌数量显著减少甚至消失，这种情况下，与肺结核Patient共餐，传染的风险相对较低。
2、会
但如果是未接受有效的抗结核Treatment的肺结核Patient，其痰液中含有大量的结核分枝杆菌，在这种情况下，与Patient在同一密闭空间内共餐，可能会吸入Patient释放的含有结核分枝杆菌的飞沫，从而导致感染。
为了降低感染的风险，Recommendation在与肺结核病人接触时采取必要的防护措施，并保持良好的卫生习惯。
