However, due to the unique physical condition during menstruation, it is advisable to choose room-temperature mineral water and avoid chilled water to prevent discomfort or increased menstrual flow caused by cold stimulation.

  "Menses" refers to menstruation. Under normal circumstances, it is acceptable to drink mineral water during the menstrual period.

  From a nutritional standpoint, mineral water is a mineral-rich beverage containing essential elements such as sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and sodium bicarbonate. Drinking an appropriate amount during menstruation can benefit health by helping to replenish energy and support improved physical well-being.

  In terms of potential effects, mineral water does not directly conflict with or interact negatively with menstruation. Drinking adequate mineral water during the period may also increase urine output, thereby reducing the risk of infection.
