Breast lift surgery is generally categorized into three methods: concentric (double-ring) technique, lollipop technique, and inverted-T technique, with corresponding prices as follows: concentric technique, 20,000–40,000 RMB per session; lollipop technique, 30,000–60,000 RMB per session; inverted-T technique, 40,000–80,000 RMB per session. Various factors influence the cost of breast lift surgery.

Breast lift surgery is generally categorized into three techniques: the concentric circular (double-ring) method, the lollipop method, and the inverted-T incision method. The corresponding costs are as follows: double-ring breast lift, 20,000–40,000 RMB per session; lollipop breast lift, 30,000–60,000 RMB per session; inverted-T incision breast lift, 40,000–80,000 RMB per session. Factors influencing the cost of breast lift surgery include the degree of breast ptosis, regional differences, and surgeon qualifications.

Procedure Principle

Two concentric circular incisions are designed around the areola. Excess tissue between the areola and breast skin is removed, and the areola and breast tissues are lifted and tightened upward.

A circular incision is made around the areola and a vertical incision is added from the lower edge of the areola down to the inframammary fold, forming a shape resembling a lollipop. Through these incisions, deep fibrous and glandular breast tissues are reshaped and suspended.

An inverted-T-shaped incision is made around the areola, along the inframammary fold, and vertically connecting the two. This allows for maximum removal of excess skin, fat, and glandular tissue, enabling extensive internal breast tissue adjustment and re-suspension.

Potential Risks

1. Changes in nipple-areola sensation
2. Poor wound healing

1. Noticeable scarring
2. Risk of tissue necrosis

1. Extensive scarring
2. Risk of infection

Factors affecting cost:

1. Degree of breast ptosis: Mild ptosis involves less surgical complexity and lower costs. Severe ptosis may require combined procedures, increasing overall surgical expenses.

2. Regional differences: In economically developed regions, higher living costs and consumer prices typically result in higher surgical fees compared to less-developed areas.

3. Surgeon qualifications: Surgeons with extensive experience and advanced skills may charge higher fees.

Before undergoing breast lift surgery, individuals should thoroughly assess their condition and choose reputable medical institutions and experienced surgeons. Postoperative care is essential—keep incisions clean and avoid strenuous activities. Potential complications include infection, bleeding, prominent scarring, and breast asymmetry. Seek medical attention promptly if any abnormalities occur.
