Introduction
In general, labiaplasty procedures can be divided into three types, with the following reference prices: direct excision method, 4,000–6,000 yuan per session; mucosal flap method, 2,000–6,000 yuan per session; and vaginal reconstruction surgery, 5,000–6,000 yuan per session. Factors affecting the cost of labiaplasty include individual patient conditions, among others.

Generally, labiaplasty procedures can be divided into three surgical techniques, with corresponding reference prices as follows: direct excision method, 4,000–6,000 RMB per session; mucosal flap method, 2,000–6,000 RMB per session; and vaginal reconstruction surgery, 5,000–6,000 RMB per session. Factors influencing the cost of labiaplasty include individual conditions, surgical complexity, and regional differences.

Principle

Under local anesthesia, excess labial tissue is directly removed and the edges are folded outward and sutured.

A labial flap is placed in the genital area; after removing the inner skin and mucosa and achieving complete hemostasis, the base is sutured to the flap.

Surgically reconstructing or augmenting the labia minora to improve both appearance and function.

Suitable Candidates

Women with enlarged labia minora that affect daily life or aesthetics.

Women with enlarged labia minora and thickened bases.

Individuals with underdeveloped labia minora or those requiring reconstruction due to trauma or other causes.

Advantages

1. Simple procedure
2. Improves quality of life

1. Natural appearance
2. Minimizes visible scarring

1. Fuller shape
2. Functional improvement

Potential Risks

1. Infection and bleeding
2. Tissue damage

1. Risk of infection
2. Bleeding or hematoma

1. Infection or hematoma
2. Implant displacement

Factors affecting cost:

1. Individual Conditions
Each woman has unique labial size and shape, so surgical plans vary accordingly. If the procedure is more complex or requires extensive correction, the cost may increase.

2. Surgical Complexity
If a patient has severe labial hypertrophy or deformity, the surgery becomes more challenging and thus more expensive. Conversely, simpler procedures generally cost less.

3. Regional Differences
In economically developed regions, medical resources and standards are typically higher, and living costs are greater. As a result, healthcare fees in these areas are usually higher than in less-developed regions.

When choosing a procedure, patients should select a reputable hospital and an appropriate surgical method based on their personal needs and conditions, and fully understand the cost structure and potential surgical risks beforehand.
