肝血管瘤是怎么回事

Introduction
Hepatic hemangioma is essentially an abnormal blood vessel that develops within the liver. Because the liver has a rich blood supply—receiving blood from both arteries and veins—the likelihood of developing a hemangioma is significantly higher than that of developing moles on the skin. Hepatic hemangiomas are often incidentally detected during routine physical examinations as space-occupying lesions in the liver, and can be diagnosed as hepatic cavernous hemangiomas.
我们在Outpatient有好多Patient拿着单子来问我，说这个血管瘤可不可怕?那么我现在给大家谈一下肝血管瘤。
大家可能有经验，有好多人我们身上也长了个痦子，血管痣长一个痣，那么这个血管瘤相当于错误的血管长到肝里面，因为Liver呢血管丰富，有动脉血供，还有静脉血供，那么张这个血管瘤等于比咱们Skin上长几个痣的几率要高多了，所以往往在Physical Examination的时候发现Liver有个占位病变，我们可以Diagnosis为Liver海绵状的血管瘤。
出现这个不要紧张，如果直径不大，小于五公分，没有Symptoms那不用管它，定期复查就行，为What会这样呢，因为一般情况它不会再生长，可能带着血管瘤终身了。但有几种情况应该引起警惕，一个是婚育期的妇女，因为受雌激素的影响，那么血管瘤有时候会长，如果你普查的时候发现血管瘤再增长，这个时候到医院Recommendation做进一步的Treatment，Treatment跟肝癌一样：
第一，SurgeryTreatment；第二，局部消融毁Treatment。还有一些特殊部位，如位于肝包膜底下，这个时候这种血管瘤容易破裂，如果剧烈Exercise有可能引起破裂出血，这个还是要今早的SurgeryTreatment，把这个病灶切除或者是毁损掉。
