What是子宫畸形
Also known as uterine developmental anomalies, this is a congenital condition and the most common type of genital malformation. Some patients with uterine anomalies remain entirely asymptomatic—exhibiting no abnormalities in menstruation, sexual activity, pregnancy, or childbirth—and may thus never be diagnosed throughout their lifetime, or may only be incidentally detected during routine physical examinations.
However, in other cases, reproductive system function is impaired to varying degrees. These anomalies may only become apparent at sexual maturity, after marriage, or during pregnancy or labor, when symptoms emerge. The primary clinical manifestations include menstrual disorders, infertility, and pathological pregnancies. Major types of uterine anomalies include: congenital absence of the uterus and rudimentary uterus; infantile uterus; unicornuate uterus; hemi-uterus (rudimentary horn); didelphys uterus; bicornuate uterus; septate uterus; and arcuate uterus.
