Introduction
Under normal circumstances, high school physical examinations include items such as internal medicine checkups, surgery checkups, ophthalmology checkups, ear, nose, and throat (ENT) checkups, and laboratory tests. However, it should be noted that physical examination items may vary slightly between different schools and regions. Before undergoing the physical examination, students should maintain good lifestyle habits, avoid strenuous exercise and emotional fluctuations to ensure the accuracy of the examination results.

Generally, high school physical examinations include internal medicine examination, surgery examination, ophthalmology examination, otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat) examination, and laboratory tests. The specific components are as follows:

1. Internal Medicine Examination: Includes blood pressure measurement, heart and lung auscultation, abdominal palpation, and neurological reflex tests. These assessments check whether blood pressure is within the normal range, evaluate the health status of the heart and lungs, examine abdominal organs for abnormalities, and assess the functional status of the nervous system.

2. Surgery Examination: Includes examination of lymph nodes, skin inspection, spine and limb assessment, and checks for anal conditions or hernias. These tests determine if lymph nodes are swollen, identify any skin abnormalities, evaluate the structure and function of the spine and limbs, and detect abnormalities in the anal region.

3. Ophthalmology Examination: Includes visual acuity testing, fundus examination, and color vision testing. These evaluations assess visual acuity, including unaided and corrected vision, examine the blood vessels and optic nerve in the fundus, and test whether color vision is normal.

4. Otolaryngology Examination: Includes hearing tests, olfactory tests, and nasopharyngeal examination. These assessments evaluate hearing levels, test whether the sense of smell is normal, and check for abnormalities in the nasopharynx.

5. Laboratory Tests: Include complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, liver function tests, kidney function tests, blood glucose, and lipid profile assessments. These tests examine blood cell count and morphology, urine composition and characteristics, including transaminase levels, to evaluate liver and kidney function and determine blood glucose and lipid levels.

It should be noted that high school physical examination items may vary slightly between different schools and regions. Prior to undergoing the examination, students should maintain healthy lifestyle habits and avoid strenuous exercise and emotional fluctuations to ensure the accuracy of their examination results.
