Introduction
Under normal circumstances, strenuous exercise is not recommended shortly after mole removal. Once full recovery is achieved, strenuous exercise can be resumed appropriately. After mole removal, minor wounds are formed on the skin surface. If the wounds have not fully healed, strenuous exercise should be avoided. During strenuous exercise, the body's blood circulation accelerates, which may cause facial blood vessels to dilate, potentially affecting wound healing and increasing the degree of swelling.

Generally, it is not recommended to engage in strenuous exercise shortly after undergoing spot removal treatment. Once the skin has fully recovered, however, moderate strenuous exercise can be resumed. The usual reference price for spot removal ranges from 200 to 500 yuan per session. Noticeable improvement can typically be seen within 7 to 15 days. Strict post-operative care is necessary to avoid the risk of scarring. It is recommended to visit a reputable hospital and undergo the procedure under the guidance of a qualified physician.

Spot removal treatment creates small wounds on the skin surface. If these wounds have not fully healed, engaging in strenuous exercise should be avoided. During intense physical activity, blood circulation accelerates, causing facial blood vessels to expand, which may hinder wound healing and exacerbate swelling. Moreover, heavy perspiration after vigorous exercise can easily lead to infection, causing inflammation and pus formation at the wound site, which could result in scarring and compromise the effectiveness of the spot removal.

However, if sufficient time has passed since the spot removal and the skin wounds have completely healed, gradually resuming strenuous exercise is acceptable. When the skin has returned to normal without symptoms such as redness, swelling, or pain, it is appropriate to engage in moderate levels of intense physical activity. Initially resuming exercise, one should proceed gradually, allowing the body time to adjust.

In addition, when going outdoors, appropriate sun protection measures should be taken to avoid direct sunlight exposure on the treated areas, thereby reducing the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
