Introduction
Under normal circumstances, Cao Wu Jia Su tablets are contraindicated for individuals allergic to Cao Wu Jia Su, pregnant women, nursing mothers, patients with severe heart disease, and those with severe liver or kidney dysfunction. Before taking Cao Wu Jia Su tablets, patients should inform their physician in detail about their medical conditions and any medications currently in use to ensure safe medication use. If any discomfort occurs during treatment, administration should be discontinued immediately and medical attention sought.

Generally, Cao Wu Jia Su tablets are contraindicated for individuals allergic to Cao Wu Jia Su, pregnant women, lactating women, patients with severe heart disease, and those with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency. Details are as follows:

1. Individuals allergic to Cao Wu Jia Su: The main ingredient of Cao Wu Jia Su tablets is Cao Wu Jia Su. People allergic to this component may experience severe allergic reactions such as rash, itching, difficulty breathing, or even anaphylactic shock after administration, which could be life-threatening.

2. Pregnant women: Cao Wu Jia Su may cross the placental barrier and affect fetal growth and development, carrying a risk of teratogenicity. To ensure fetal safety, pregnant women are prohibited from using Cao Wu Jia Su tablets.

3. Lactating women: The drug may be excreted into breast milk and ingested by infants. Since infants' liver and kidney functions are not fully developed, they may be unable to effectively metabolize the drug, potentially causing adverse effects such as hepatic or renal damage. Therefore, lactating women should not use this medication.

4. Patients with severe heart disease: Cao Wu Jia Su may have certain effects on cardiac function. Patients with severe heart disease already have compromised cardiac function; administration of Cao Wu Jia Su tablets may further burden the heart, trigger or exacerbate cardiac conditions, and increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular events.

5. Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency: Cao Wu Jia Su is metabolized and excreted through organs such as the liver and kidneys. Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency have impaired liver or kidney function, which prevents normal metabolism and excretion of the drug, leading to drug accumulation in the body and increasing the likelihood of adverse drug reactions. Therefore, this medication should not be used.

Prior to taking Cao Wu Jia Su tablets, patients should inform their physician in detail about their health status and any concomitant medications to ensure safe medication use. If any discomfort occurs during treatment, the medication should be discontinued immediately and medical attention sought.
