Introduction
Under normal circumstances, Yinyangsu Capsules are generally not recommended for long-term use. Yinyangsu Capsules are a type of traditional Chinese medicine, with main ingredients being Epimedium and Schisandra chinensis. They have functions of nourishing the kidney, enhancing yang, and promoting body fluid production. These capsules are commonly used to treat symptoms such as impotence, premature ejaculation, and weakness or soreness of the waist and knees. Considering the drug components, Epimedium is a warming herbal medicine, and long-term use may cause excessive internal heat.

Generally speaking, Yinyang Suo Capsules are not usually recommended for long-term use. The specific analysis is as follows:

Yinyang Suo Capsule is a Chinese patent medicine, whose main ingredients are Epimedium (Herba Epimedii) and Schisandra fruit (Fructus Schisandrae), possessing effects of tonifying kidney and enhancing yang, as well as promoting body fluid production. It is commonly used for treating symptoms such as impotence, premature ejaculation, and soreness and weakness of the waist and knees. From the perspective of its ingredients, Epimedium is a warm-natured Chinese herbal medicine, and long-term use may lead to excessive internal heat, causing symptoms like dry mouth, sore throat, and constipation. Long-term excessive use of Schisandra fruit may also have adverse effects on the gastrointestinal tract, such as causing nausea and vomiting. Moreover, long-term medication increases the metabolic burden on the liver and kidneys. Since medicines are primarily metabolized by the liver and excreted through the kidneys, prolonged use may affect the normal functioning of these organs. Therefore, the duration of medication should be rationally determined according to the improvement of symptoms, under the guidance of a physician.

During the use of Yinyang Suo Capsules, consumption of raw, cold, spicy, or greasy foods should be avoided, to prevent interference with the drug's effectiveness.
