Both mulberries and black goji berries are foods with high nutritional value. Mulberries are rich in vitamin C, iron, calcium, and other minerals, as well as anthocyanins. Black goji berries contain abundant anthocyanins, various amino acids, and trace elements. Their nutritional components complement each other and do not cause obvious conflicts; therefore, they can be consumed together. For most people, consuming mulberries and black goji berries simultaneously is acceptable.
