Introduction
Glutinous rice wine contains alcohol, which, even in small amounts, may have adverse effects on a baby's immature liver and nervous system. Therefore, children under 3 years old generally should not consume glutinous rice wine. A baby's liver has a relatively weak detoxification function and cannot effectively metabolize alcohol, potentially leading to alcohol poisoning and symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and coma.

Three-year-old children generally should not consume sweet rice wine, and parents should properly manage their child's diet.

Sweet rice wine contains alcohol, and even small amounts may adversely affect a young child's underdeveloped liver and nervous system. Therefore, children of three years old generally should not consume sweet rice wine. A child's liver detoxification function is relatively weak and unable to effectively metabolize alcohol, which may lead to alcohol poisoning, causing symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and coma.

Alcohol may also irritate a child's gastrointestinal tract, resulting in gastrointestinal discomfort or abdominal pain. For the child's healthy development, foods or beverages containing alcohol, including sweet rice wine, should be avoided. A child's daily diet should primarily consist of fresh, light, and nutritionally balanced foods, including fresh fruits and vegetables, soy products, and seafood, to meet their nutritional needs.

In daily meals, age-appropriate healthy foods should be selected to promote the child's healthy growth. At the same time, parents should also take their children outdoors for physical activities to enhance their physical fitness and improve immunity.
