Introduction
Heishunpian is a type of processed Aconiti Lateralis Radix in traditional Chinese medicine. It has a pungent and sweet taste, is strongly warming in nature, and enters the heart, kidney, and spleen meridians. It functions to warm yang and dispel cold, as well as to replenish fire and assist yang. For patients with deficiency-cold in the spleen and stomach,表现为畏寒肢冷、腹痛腹泻、食欲不振等症状时,适量使用黑顺片,可以起到温中散寒、健脾暖胃的作用。

  Heishunpian is a processed form of Aconiti Lateralis Radix, having a pungent and sweet taste with a hot nature, and it acts on the heart, kidney, and spleen meridians. It functions to warm yang to dispel cold and replenish fire to support yang. For patients with spleen and stomach deficiency-cold who present with symptoms such as cold intolerance, cold limbs, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and poor appetite, appropriate use of Heishunpian can warm the middle jiao to dispel cold, strengthen the spleen, and warm the stomach, thus helping to alleviate symptoms of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold.

  It should be noted that Heishunpian is suitable for patients with spleen and stomach deficiency-cold but not for those with yin deficiency and internal heat, bleeding disorders, or excessive internal heat.
