Introduction
White peony root (Bai Shao) has functions of nourishing blood and astringing Yin, soothing the liver to relieve pain, and subduing excessive liver Yang. It is indicated for symptoms such as liver blood deficiency, irregular menstruation, and disharmony between the liver and spleen. Black prepared aconite slice (Hei Shun Pian) possesses effects of warming the meridians to dispel cold, expelling wind and dampness, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, relieving pain and reducing swelling, and regulating immune function. It is commonly used to treat symptoms such as joint pain and muscle soreness caused by cold pathogens. White peony root does not have the function of detoxifying Black prepared aconite slice.

Paeonia root (Bai Shao) generally cannot counteract the toxicity of Black顺片 (Black Shun Pian). It is recommended to use medications under the guidance of a physician. If discomfort occurs, timely medical attention is advised.

Paeonia root has functions of nourishing blood and yin, soothing the liver to relieve pain, and subduing excessive liver yang, and is suitable for symptoms such as liver blood deficiency, irregular menstruation, and disharmony between the liver and spleen. The toxicity of Black Shun Pian mainly originates from components such as aconitine. Although Paeonia root has some detoxifying effects, in cases of severe poisoning, relying solely on Paeonia root may not fully neutralize the toxicity, and timely medical interventions are required. If a patient's constitution is not suitable for concurrent use of Paeonia root and Black Shun Pian, or if the dosage is inappropriate, it may not only fail to detoxify but also increase the body's burden and potentially cause adverse reactions.

In daily life, it is recommended that patients use medications under a doctor's guidance. Maintaining a bland diet is also beneficial for recovery.
