Introduction
If the goji berries soaked overnight were kept in a clean container with originally clean and uncontaminated water, stored properly (for example, refrigerated or kept in a cool, dry environment at room temperature), for less than 24 hours, and without showing any obvious signs of spoilage such as an unusual odor, cloudiness, or mold spots, then the soaked goji berry water may still be safe to consume.

Soaked goji berries overnight can generally be consumed if they have been properly stored without signs of spoilage or off odor. However, if improper storage leads to spoilage, they usually should not be consumed.

If the soaked goji berries have been stored in a clean container with originally clean and unpolluted water, under good storage conditions such as refrigeration or a cool, dry environment, and if the time elapsed is less than 24 hours with no obvious signs of spoilage such as unpleasant odor, cloudiness, or mold spots, then the soaked goji berry water may still be safe to drink.

However, if the soaked goji berries were stored in an open or semi-open container, or if the storage environment had high temperature and humidity, it is not recommended to consume them. In such conditions, the soaked goji berry water may become contaminated by bacteria, mold, or other microorganisms in the air, leading to deterioration of water quality, unpleasant odors, and potentially harmful substances. Consuming such water may adversely affect health, causing symptoms such as diarrhea and vomiting.

If storage is necessary, ensure the water remains clean, use a sealed container, and store it in a cool environment. Discard immediately at the first sign of spoilage to avoid ingesting potentially harmful substances.
