Introduction
Under normal circumstances, an anteverted uterus refers to a state of the uterine position relative to the pelvis. The position of the uterus has no direct relationship with fertility, menstrual cycle, or sexual function. However, if accompanied by other symptoms such as abnormal pain, bleeding, or infertility, you should consult a doctor, as these may be signs of other underlying health issues rather than merely a matter of uterine position.

Generally, an anteverted uterus refers to a condition in which the uterus is positioned closer to the pelvis. Detailed analysis is as follows:

An anteverted uterus means the body of the uterus tilts forward, the cervix points downward toward the posterior vaginal fornix, the fundus faces forward, and the cervix points toward the anterior vaginal wall. Normally, the uterus is located in the female pelvis, directly adjacent to the bladder in front and the rectum behind. In the case of an anteverted uterus, the organ assumes an anteverted and anteflexed position, which may cause the uterus to tilt forward onto the bladder when the bladder is empty, resulting in a mild anteverted-anteflexed position.

The position of the uterus has no direct relationship with fertility, menstrual cycle, or sexual function. However, if accompanied by other symptoms such as abnormal pain, bleeding, or infertility, medical consultation is recommended, as these could be signs of other health issues rather than merely related to the position of the uterus.
