Introduction
When adults develop a fever, antipyretic and analgesic medications should be administered if the body temperature exceeds 38.5°C—for example, ibuprofen suspension or acetaminophen granules. If the temperature remains below 38.5°C, these antipyretics are not required; instead, traditional Chinese patent medicines may be used for fever reduction. Additionally, physical cooling methods can be employed as adjunctive therapy.
大人Fever的时候，如果体温超过38.5℃，需要服用解热镇痛类的Medicine进行退烧，比如布洛芬混悬液或者对乙酰氨基酚颗粒。这两种Medicine都属于新型的退烧药，退热作用是比较快的，而且Side Effects相对也是比较少的。
一般间隔4-6个小时之后，可以重复用药一次，一旦有反复Fever的情况，可以重复用药，一天用药不超过4次就可以。具体的用量需要根据体重以及年龄，按照说明书进行使用。如果体温在38.5℃以下，不用服用以上的退烧药，可以服用中成药类的Medicine进行退烧。
临床上使用比较多的是Cold清热颗粒、豉翘清热颗粒，羚羊角颗粒也是Effect比较好的。另外，还可以结合物理降温的Method进行退烧，可以延长退热药的作用的时间，减少退热药的使用。
