1. Gallbladder wall thickening: The gallbladder wall shows irregular thickening, often widespread but sometimes localized, with thickness frequently exceeding 3 mm. The thickened wall displays heterogeneous echogenicity, possibly accompanied by areas of increased or decreased echo intensity.
