直肠神经内分泌瘤多数情况下可以治好，TreatmentEffect主要取决于肿瘤大小、分级、是否转移及Treatment时机。具体分析如下：
直肠神经内分泌瘤是起源于直肠神经内分泌细胞的肿瘤，并非传统意义上的癌，恶性程度差异较大。若肿瘤体积小、分级低，且未发生转移，通过内镜下切除即可完整去除病灶，术后定期复查，多数Patient可达到临床治愈，复发率低；若肿瘤体积较大、分级高，或已侵犯周围组织、发生淋巴结转移，需通过Surgery切除肿瘤及受累组织，术后可能结合靶向Treatment、化疗等综合手段，虽治愈难度增加，但能有效控制肿瘤进展，改善PatientLife质量。
