Introduction
In general, the growth of a small tooth on the inner side of a molar may be caused by factors such as wisdom tooth eruption, supernumerary tooth eruption, dental crowding, pericoronitis of the wisdom tooth, or a supernumerary tooth accompanied by adjacent tooth decay. Patients can choose appropriate treatments—such as routine management, medication, or surgical intervention—based on their specific condition. Daily oral hygiene practices should include brushing teeth morning and night and using dental floss to clean between teeth to reduce accumulation of food debris.
一般情况下，大牙内侧长了一颗小牙可能是智齿萌出、多生牙萌出、牙列拥挤、智齿冠周炎、多生牙伴邻牙龋坏等Cause引起的。Patient可根据实际情况选择一般Treatment、MedicineTreatment、SurgeryTreatment等Method改善。具体分析如下：
1、智齿萌出
智齿萌出空间不足，偏向大牙内侧生长，形成肉眼可见的小牙。若无Symptoms，保持口腔清洁，饭后用冲牙器清洁智齿周围；若反复不适，待炎症控制后行智齿拔除术。
2、多生牙萌出
牙胚发育异常，额外形成多生牙，从大牙内侧萌出。及时就医拍摄口腔X光片，明确多生牙位置，若影响邻牙或引发不适，行多生牙拔除术，术后避免用患侧咀嚼。
3、牙列拥挤
牙齿排列空间不足，导致部分牙齿错位生长，大牙内侧出现“小牙”样外观。可在Doctor指导下佩戴牙齿矫正器，逐步排齐牙齿，改善牙列拥挤，矫正期间定期复诊调整。
4、智齿冠周炎
内侧智齿萌出不全，牙龈覆盖形成盲袋，细菌滋生引发炎症，伴疼痛肿胀。可在Doctor指导下服用甲硝唑片、阿莫西林胶囊、布洛芬缓释胶囊，炎症消退后行智齿拔除术。
5、多生牙伴邻牙龋坏
多生牙与邻牙间易滞留食物残渣，导致邻牙龋坏，出现疼痛。先清除邻牙龋坏组织，用复合树脂充填，再行多生牙拔除术，术后使用复方氯己定含漱液保持口腔清洁。
日常需注意早晚刷牙，使用牙线清洁牙齿邻面，减少食物残渣堆积；定期进行口腔Examination，早发现牙齿异常；若内侧小牙引发疼痛、肿胀或影响咀嚼，及时就医，避免延误Treatment导致邻牙损伤。
