Introduction
The ground is relatively hard and lacks proper support. When sleeping on the floor, the body comes into direct contact with a firm surface, preventing effective relaxation of areas such as the lower back and neck. This can easily lead to muscle tension and stiffness. Over time, it may contribute to conditions like lower back strain or cervical spondylosis, particularly affecting individuals who already have joint problems. Additionally, the floor tends to be colder in temperature and more prone to harboring bacteria and dust mites, increasing the risk of the body getting chilled during sleep.

Sleeping on the floor is generally not good for the body, as it may easily lead to joint and muscle discomfort, increase the risk of infections, and long-term floor sleeping may also impair blood circulation. If persistent back or waist pain, joint stiffness, or diarrhea occurs, medical attention should be sought promptly.

Floors are typically hard and lack proper support. When sleeping directly on the ground, body parts such as the lower back and neck do not receive adequate relaxation, which can cause muscle tension and stiffness. Over time, this may lead to conditions like low back strain or cervical spondylosis, especially in individuals who already have joint problems.

Ground surfaces are often cold and prone to harboring bacteria and dust mites. Sleeping on the floor increases the risk of catching a chill, potentially leading to colds or diarrhea. Prolonged skin contact with the floor may also expose the body to bacterial or mite irritation, triggering skin issues such as dermatitis or eczema, negatively affecting overall health.

For daily care, it's important to use a mattress with moderate firmness to ensure proper body support during sleep and avoid sleeping directly on the floor. In special circumstances where floor sleeping is necessary, place a thick mattress and moisture-proof pad on the floor, clean the surface thoroughly before bedtime, and take care to stay warm and prevent chilling.
