Introduction
In general, the severity of burn infections should be assessed based on factors such as the extent of infection, type of pathogen, the patient's underlying health condition, and the timeliness of treatment. If any discomfort occurs, prompt medical attention is recommended. Daily care should include keeping the burn wound clean and dry, avoiding contact with contaminants; regularly monitoring the wound, and seeking medical help immediately if signs such as redness, swelling, increased discharge, or foul odor appear. Patients should also maintain adequate nutritional support.
一般情况下，烧伤感染的严重程度需根据感染范围、病原体类型、Patient基础Health状况以及Treatment及时性等情况进行判断。若有不适，Recommendation及时就医。具体分析如下：
若烧伤感染范围较小，病原体为常见Skin定植菌，Patient无基础Disease且身体抵抗力较强，发现感染后及时进行规范清创、消毒及抗感染Treatment，感染通常不严重。此类感染仅会引起创面轻微红肿、少量渗液，经Treatment后可较快控制，不会引发全身Symptoms。
若烧伤感染范围较大，病原体为耐药菌或毒力较强的细菌，Patient存在Diabetes、营养不良等基础Disease，且未及时Treatment，感染通常较严重。可能出现创面化脓、焦痂下积脓，还会引发发热、寒战、休克等全身Symptoms，甚至危及生命。
日常需保持烧伤创面清洁干燥，避免接触污染物；定期观察创面情况，出现红肿、渗液增多、异味时及时就医；Patient需加强营养，摄入高蛋白、高维生素食物，增强抵抗力；Treatment期间严格遵循医嘱用药，不可擅自停药或调整剂量；出现全身不适时，立即告知Doctor，避免延误Treatment。
