Introduction
During appendectomy surgery, you will not feel pain. However, there may be varying degrees of pain after the surgery, which depends on the surgical method and individual pain tolerance. It is recommended to perform proper postoperative care to help relieve pain and promote recovery. Postoperative care should include keeping the incision clean and dry to prevent infection; turning appropriately in bed early after surgery; and getting out of bed for mild activities according to your recovery progress within 1–2 days after surgery.
一般情况下，阑尾炎Surgery过程中不会感到疼痛，术后会有不同程度的疼痛，具体疼痛程度与Surgery方式、个人耐受度相关。Recommendation术后做好Nursing，助力疼痛缓解与身体恢复。具体分析如下：
Surgery过程中，无论采用腹腔镜微创Surgery还是传统开腹Surgery，都会使用全身麻醉或硬膜外麻醉。麻醉生效后，Patient不会感知Surgery操作带来的疼痛，术中仅需配合Doctor保持体位，整个过程无痛苦体验，无需担心术中疼痛问题。
术后麻醉Effect消退后，Patient会感到Surgery切口处疼痛，或因肠道蠕动恢复引发腹部胀痛。腹腔镜Surgery因切口小，术后疼痛程度较轻，多为轻微胀痛或刺痛，多数人可耐受，疼痛持续1-3天逐渐减轻；传统开腹Surgery切口较大，术后疼痛更明显，可能伴随牵拉痛，疼痛持续时间稍长，可遵医嘱使用止痛药缓解。
术后Nursing需注意保持切口清洁干燥，避免感染；早期在床上适当翻身，术后1-2天根据恢复情况下床轻微活动，促进肠道功能恢复，减轻腹胀引发的疼痛。
