Introduction
Apply an appropriate amount of medical-grade sulfur powder mixed uniformly with vaseline in proper proportion to form an ointment, then apply it to the affected areas of scabies and surrounding skin 1–2 times daily. Utilize the bactericidal effect of sulfur to inhibit scabies mites, and continue use until symptoms completely resolve. Take care to control the mixing ratio to avoid skin irritation. Alternatively, blend medical-grade sulfur powder with a specialized ointment base to prepare a medicated cream of suitable consistency, and apply it locally to acne-affected areas.

Medical-grade sulfur powder is generally used for scabies, acne, seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp, skin itching, eczema, etc. Specific applications are as follows:

1. Scabies: Mix an appropriate amount of medical-grade sulfur powder with vaseline in a proper ratio, apply the resulting ointment to affected and surrounding areas once or twice daily. The antiseptic properties of sulfur help inhibit scabies mites. Continue treatment until symptoms resolve, and be careful to control the mixing ratio to avoid skin irritation.

2. Acne: Blend medical-grade sulfur powder with a specialized ointment base to form a medicated cream of suitable consistency. Apply topically only on acne lesions 2–3 times per week. Its oil-controlling and antibacterial effects help reduce inflammation. Avoid widespread application to prevent skin dryness.

3. Seborrheic Dermatitis of the Scalp: Add a small amount of medical-grade sulfur powder to a mild shampoo, mix thoroughly, and use according to normal hair-washing procedures. Gently massage the scalp for 3–5 minutes before rinsing completely. This helps reduce scalp oiliness and inhibit fungal growth. Use once or twice weekly.

4. Skin Itching: For mild, non-irritated, unbroken itchy skin areas, lightly dust a minimal amount of medical-grade sulfur powder onto the affected area to relieve discomfort due to its anti-itch properties. Avoid friction after application to prevent powder dispersion and potential respiratory irritation.

5. Eczema: Dissolve medical-grade sulfur powder in warm water according to recommended proportions. Stir until fully dissolved, then soak a piece of gauze and wring it until semi-dry. Apply as a wet compress to affected areas for 15–20 minutes per session to help reduce inflammation and itching. Dry the skin promptly after treatment.

Prior to use, ensure the skin is intact and free from allergies. Perform a patch test on a small area before first use. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place, away from children and food, to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse.
