Introduction
Bleeding after tubal irrigation may be caused by irritation of the fallopian tube mucosa, cervical mucosal injury, endometritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, poor uterine contraction, etc. It can be improved through rest and observation, local care, and medication. If the bleeding is heavy or accompanied by severe abdominal pain, prompt medical attention is required. The fluid pressure during irrigation can stimulate the fallopian tube mucosa.
做完输卵管通液后出血，可能是输卵管黏膜刺激、宫颈黏膜损伤、子宫内膜炎、盆腔炎、子宫收缩不良等导致的，可通过休息观察、局部Nursing、MedicineTreatment等Method改善，若出血量多或伴剧烈腹痛，需及时就医。
