Introduction
Contraindications for using the Budwig protocol include individuals with allergic constitutions, those with gallbladder diseases, patients with coagulation disorders, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and individuals with severe liver or kidney insufficiency. A strict self-assessment of one's health condition is required before attempting this therapy. If adverse reactions such as rash, abdominal pain, or bleeding tendencies occur after use, prompt medical attention is recommended.

Contraindications for the Budwig protocol include individuals with allergic constitutions, those with gallbladder disease, coagulation disorders, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and patients with severe liver or kidney insufficiency. Personal health status must be strictly evaluated before attempting this regimen. If adverse reactions such as rash, abdominal pain, or signs of bleeding occur, prompt medical attention is advised.

1. Contraindicated in individuals with allergic constitutions: The core components of the Budwig protocol are flaxseed oil and dairy products. Individuals allergic to either ingredient may experience allergic reactions such as skin itching, rashes, or even breathing difficulties after consumption, and must therefore strictly avoid it.

2. Contraindicated in patients with gallbladder disease: Flaxseed oil contains a high amount of fat. Patients who have undergone gallbladder removal or suffer from gallstones often have reduced ability to digest fats, and consuming flaxseed oil may lead to abdominal pain, bloating, or fatty diarrhea, thereby worsening their condition.

3. Contraindicated in individuals with coagulation disorders: Omega-3 fatty acids in flaxseed oil have mild anticoagulant effects. This may increase the risk of bleeding in individuals taking anticoagulants such as warfarin or those with pre-existing coagulation abnormalities.

4. Contraindicated in pregnant and breastfeeding women: Excessive intake of flaxseed oil may disrupt hormonal balance, potentially affecting fetal or infant development. Additionally, the nutritional profile of the Budwig protocol is limited and cannot meet the increased nutritional demands during pregnancy or lactation.

5. Contraindicated in patients with severe liver or kidney insufficiency: Long-term or excessive use may increase metabolic burden on the liver and kidneys, leading to elevated levels of liver enzymes (e.g., transaminases) and serum creatinine, further impairing organ function.

The Budwig protocol should be based on a balanced diet and must not replace standard medical treatments. Cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil should be combined with additive-free yogurt. For safe practice, daily flaxseed oil intake should not exceed 15 ml. Supplement nutrition with fruits and vegetables, discontinue immediately if any adverse effects occur, and regularly monitor key health indicators.
