Introduction
Generally, the Sifeng acupoints are commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine and are located on the fingers. When applying daily pressure, wash your hands thoroughly first, then gently press the points with the fleshy part of your thumb. Use a comfortable pressure level that does not cause pain, pressing each point for 1–2 minutes per session. Avoid pressing if there is any skin damage, inflammation, or eczema to prevent irritation. When treating children, use even gentler pressure to avoid injuring the finger joints.

Generally, the "Sifeng" (Four Seams) acupoints are commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine and are located on the fingers. Their specific locations are as follows:

The Sifeng acupoints refer collectively to eight points—two on each hand—located at the midpoint of the transverse crease of the second interphalangeal joint of the index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and little finger. To locate them, use the second phalangeal joint of each finger as a reference and find the center point of the transverse crease; slight soreness or distension upon pressing indicates the correct spot. These points are named "Sifeng" because they lie between the finger joints and correspond to four fingers. Traditionally, they are often used as reference points for regulating digestive issues. Due to their superficial location, they are easy to identify, making daily self-massage convenient.

Before applying pressure, wash your hands thoroughly. Use the fleshy part of your thumb to gently press each point, using a comfortable pressure that does not cause pain. Press each acupoint for 1–2 minutes per session. Avoid pressing if there is any skin damage, inflammation, or eczema to prevent irritation. When performing this on children, apply even gentler pressure to avoid injuring the finger joints. After massage, a small amount of moisturizer may be applied to keep the skin hydrated, and hands should remain clean and dry. If considering acupoint therapy for health regulation, consult a qualified professional first and do not attempt self-treatment without guidance.
