If severe symptoms such as abdominal pain or vomiting occur after consumption, medical attention is recommended. Soy milk contains oligosaccharides that are easily fermented in the gut, producing gas.

Generally, consuming soy milk and apples together is not harmful. However, long-term and excessive consumption, or in individuals with specific physical constitutions, may lead to gastrointestinal discomfort, impaired nutrient absorption, blood sugar fluctuations, allergic reactions, or dental irritation in some people. If severe symptoms such as abdominal pain or vomiting occur after eating, prompt medical attention is recommended.

1. Gastrointestinal discomfort: Soy milk contains oligosaccharides that are easily fermented and produce gas, while apples contain dietary fiber and fruit acids. Consuming them together may irritate the digestive tract in sensitive individuals, leading to bloating, diarrhea, or abdominal pain.

2. Impaired nutrient absorption: The fruit acids in apples may bind with proteins in soy milk to form complexes that are difficult to digest, reducing the absorption efficiency of proteins and minerals.

3. Blood sugar fluctuations: Apples contain fructose and soy milk contains carbohydrates. Excessive intake of both together may cause elevated blood glucose levels, which is unfavorable for blood sugar control, especially in diabetic patients.
