1. Buyang Huanwu Decoction: Suitable for the syndrome of qi deficiency with blood stasis, characterized by hemiplegia, limited movement, and slurred speech. This formula helps replenish qi, activate blood circulation, unblock meridians, and relieve pain, thereby improving cerebral blood flow and limb function.

2. Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction: Used for internal blood stasis syndrome, presenting with headaches, dizziness, numbness in limbs, and emotional distress. It promotes blood circulation, removes blood stasis, regulates qi flow, and alleviates pain caused by blood stagnation.

3. Zhen Gan Xi Feng Tang: Indicated for hyperactivity of liver yang and internal stirring of liver wind, manifesting as vertigo, tremors, flushed face, and red eyes. It calms the liver, extinguishes wind, nourishes yin, and subdues yang to relieve discomfort due to excessive liver yang.

4. Dihuang Yinzi: Appropriate for deficiency of lower yuan with ascending phlegm-turbidity, presenting with weak and flaccid limbs, speech impairment, and soreness in the lower back and knees. It nourishes kidney yang, opens the orifices, resolves phlegm, and simultaneously supports both tonification and meridian unblocking.

5. Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction: Targets obstruction of the head orifices by blood stasis, with symptoms such as fixed headaches, hemiplegia, and blurred vision. It activates blood circulation, resolves stasis, unblocks the orifices, and relieves pain, improving cerebral blood stagnation.

In daily care, ensure the patient has adequate sleep and avoid overexertion. Maintain a light and easily digestible diet, emphasize limb functional exercises and speech therapy, keep emotions stable, minimize external stimuli, and support overall recovery.
