Myocarditis can be managed and improved through bed rest, nutritional support, symptomatic drug therapy, antiviral treatment, and critical care monitoring. Clinically, treatment follows a stepwise approach—from mild to severe—aiming to repair myocardial injury. If persistent palpitations, severe chest pain, or shortness of breath occur, seek immediate medical attention.

1. Bed Rest and Convalescence: During the acute phase, prolonged bed rest is essential. All physical activity should be minimized to reduce cardiac workload.
