Introduction
For influenza A, oral medications such as oseltamivir capsules, acetaminophen tablets, ambroxol oral solution, Lianhua Qingwen granules, and ibuprofen sustained-release capsules may be used under a physician’s guidance. If persistent high fever lasting several days, tachypnea, or hypoxia occur, prompt medical evaluation and treatment at a hospital are recommended.

For influenza A, oral medications—including oseltamivir capsules, acetaminophen tablets, ambroxol oral solution, Lianhua Qingwen granules, and ibuprofen sustained-release capsules—may be used under medical supervision. If persistent high fever lasting several days, tachypnea, or hypoxia occur, prompt medical evaluation and treatment at a hospital are recommended.

1. Oseltamivir capsules: These inhibit viral replication, shorten disease duration, and alleviate discomfort associated with systemic infection. Initiate treatment as early as possible after symptom onset. Dosage should be adjusted according to age and body weight. Monitor for any adverse reactions during therapy.

2. Acetaminophen tablets: Primarily used during febrile episodes to regulate body temperature and relieve generalized myalgia. Administer at fixed intervals and strictly adhere to the recommended daily maximum dose to avoid excessive hepatic burden.

3. Ambroxol oral solution: Indicated for influenza A–associated productive cough with thick, difficult-to-expectorate sputum. It helps thin airway mucus and facilitates its clearance, thereby reducing cough-related discomfort and improving overall respiratory tract hygiene.

4. Lianhua Qingwen granules: Effective in alleviating multiple symptoms including fever, sore throat, and myalgia. Dissolve in warm water before oral administration. Monitor gastrointestinal tolerance; some individuals may experience abdominal discomfort due to relatively low GI tolerance.

5. Ibuprofen sustained-release capsules: Provide effective relief from high fever and generalized body aches, with prolonged therapeutic effect. Avoid concomitant use with other antipyretic or analgesic agents of similar mechanism. For patients with sensitive gastrointestinal tracts, administer after meals to minimize GI irritation.

During treatment, increase intake of warm water to maintain adequate hydration. Ensure sufficient rest to conserve energy, practice strict home isolation, and closely monitor changes in body temperature and mental status to ensure safe medication use.
