Cease activity promptly if fatigue develops, maintaining a steady, sustainable pace to support functional recovery.

5. Monitoring Physical Responses: Closely observe changes in elbow swelling and pain during exercise. If post-exercise swelling persists for an extended period, reduce exercise intensity. Worsening or persistent pain indicates that the exercise load exceeds tolerance—promptly adjust the rehabilitation plan and monitor overall elbow recovery progress.

In daily life, protect the elbow from cold exposure and ensure proper positioning of the affected limb during rest.
