憋不住尿怎么回事

Introduction
Urge incontinence, medically termed “urgency,” refers to a sudden, compelling desire to urinate that is difficult to defer—patients feel an immediate, uncontrollable need to void as soon as they sense the urge. Inability to void (i.e., urinary retention) typically manifests in two ways: first, involuntary loss of urinary control; and second, recurrent urgency shortly after urination—failure to void promptly in such cases may result in urinary leakage and soiling of undergarments.
憋不住尿在医学上称为尿急，主要是指Patient一有尿意就迫不及待的想去排尿，难以控制，憋不住尿。憋不出小便一般有两种情况，一种是不能自己控制排尿，尿意一来就需要立刻去排尿。一种就是排尿以后又有了尿意，急需再次排尿，如不及时排尿就会尿湿内裤。
无论哪种情况都会使Patient面临比较尴尬的处境，憋不住小便的Patient多是由于尿道、膀胱或者前列腺炎症，异物的刺激所导致。常常伴有尿痛，尿道炎引起憋不住尿，尿道感染Patient可能出现Symptoms。有尿急、尿频、小便困难、排尿的时候疼痛以及灼热感、小腹部不舒服、腰部疼痛这些Symptoms。
