Introduction
What is the best material for nasal augmentation? First, rhinoplasty should take into account the patient’s baseline nasal anatomy; the most suitable augmentation approach should be selected based on this individual foundation. If the patient has a favorable anatomical foundation, hyaluronic acid (HA) injection may be an appropriate option. However, if the patient’s baseline anatomy is suboptimal and aesthetic expectations are high, rib cartilage grafting—either autologous or allogeneic—may be recommended.
首先，隆鼻要考虑Patient本身的基础，根据Patient的基础，选择适合的隆鼻方案。如果Patient的基础很好，可以选择使用玻尿酸进行鼻背填充。如果Patient鼻头情况不是很好，鼻背情况也不是很好，可以选择硅胶或者膨体植入，配合使用耳软骨对鼻尖进行塑造。如果Patient鼻头的情况不是很好，可以使用假体、硅胶或者膨体，进行鼻背的抬高，使用鼻中隔软骨进行鼻头塑造。如果Patient的基础不是很好，要求比较高，可以使用肋软骨，分为自体肋软骨或者异体肋软骨进行隆鼻。这样可以解决Patient的所有问题，是目前可选择的最好材料。
